Megan and I were up at 6:30 am to curl her hair for pictures. She had decided on her outfit the night before.. good thing or else we would have had to have more time. This is actually one of the dresses she bought with all her birthday gift certificates!! Thank you Grandma's and Grandpa's and Auntie's and Cousin's!! Also, the day of school pictures was the first day we were able to change out her earrings!! Yay!! She couldn't wait! (New earrings she got for her birthday too!!)
We took some practice pictures before she left for school... "Ok Meg, how are you going to stand? How are you going to have your hair? Show teeth!! Smile nicely..." "Ok Aly..."

Really??? ................... Ok I'll give in.... ............There you go!!!
I had to tickle her to get her to smile in the last practice one.
And the results are.... ------->
They waited until 2 pm to take their pictures. Wonder how many kids are going home with messed up clothes or hair pictures!? haha So we thought we bought a head shot... no hair showing and no teeth...glad we spent so much time on curling it... oh well still looking good!Now for Noah...
His picture day was the day of Registration. So a few days before school began. We got a call the night before registration that told us the kids needed to wear Red, Blue, or White for some activity they had planned later during registration. That doesn't give much time or many options... So he went with this white T-shirt. I imagine when we get the yearbook at the end of the year, there will be almost all kids in red, blue, and white.. interested to see. Again there I was before he left.... "Smile nicely, maybe show some teeth??" "Yeah right Aly"
And the results are...... ------>
Still no teeth.. I told them they both have to practice smiling in pictures showing teeth before the wedding... that's a whole nother post... Noah's turned out good too! And imagine that, we got the headshot we ordered... I think Noah looks older than 11 almost 12 in this picture... Oh he's getting older and growing up!! AHH!!! A little tooo fast sometimes!So there you have it, the results are in.. No need for picture retakes! YAY!!!
